Rainbow Ranch Lodge

Gallatin Canyon, Big Sky, Montana

Nestled along the banks of the Gallatin River in the heart of Gallatin Canyon, Rainbow Ranch Lodge is one of Montana's most beloved wedding destinations — and one of our favorite places to design florals. The historic 1919 barn, riverside ceremony lawn, and mountain backdrop create a setting that is simultaneously rustic and deeply elegant, the kind of place where flowers don't compete with the scenery but instead become part of it.

We've had the privilege of working at Rainbow Ranch for many years, and, as someone who grew up in Big Sky, I appreciate the timelessness it has maintained to the history and heritage of the Gallatin Canyon. Their event staff is one of my favorite and they always go above and beyond to ensure an amazing event experiece for guests and vendors alike, and every season brings something new to work with.

Our floral designs at Rainbow Ranch draw from the surrounding landscape — we love working with seasonal blooms, wild textures, and organic arrangements that feel like an extension of the Gallatin Canyon itself. Whether it's a ceremony arch framing the river, tablescape centerpieces in the barn, or a bridal bouquet that captures the moody beauty of a late Montana summer, every piece is designed to feel genuinely at home at the Ranch. Their tented recpetion space sits riverside and transports you instantly into a time out of time and grounds you truly in the present moment of celebration.

If you're planning a wedding or corporate event at Rainbow Ranch Lodge and looking for a florist who knows the venue and loves it, we'd love to connect.

One&Only — Moonlight Basin

Big Sky, Montana

At the base of Lone Peak in Big Sky, One&Only Moonlight Basin represents the pinnacle of mountain luxury — and an extraordinary canvas for floral design. As the first One&Only resort in the United States, the property opened in late 2025 and has quickly become one of the most sought-after wedding destinations in Montana. Its architecture, shaped by the renowned Olson Kundig firm, pairs floor-to-ceiling windows, natural stone, and sweeping alpine views with interiors that call for florals that are equally intentional.

We have been so impressed with The One&Only. Events at the One&Only are high-touch and their staff brings excellent attention to the specific details and desires of each client. The Rotunda ceremony space offers unmatched views of the iconic Lone Peak and guest will admire every level of thoughtfulness in the setting and structure. Each separate building that the One&Only offers is distinct yet integrated offering the opportunity for one unique event or a multi-day event with each one having its own personality and location.

Our designs at One&Only Moonlight Basin are crafted to complement the resort's refined aesthetic. We lean toward elevated, architectural arrangements that— sculptural ceremony installations, lush tablescapes, and personal flowers that feel both luxury and deeply connected to the Montana wilderness just outside the windows. Year-round access means we design for all seasons here, from wildflower-inspired summer celebrations to moody, textural winter weddings with gondola arrivals and snow-dusted peaks.

If you're planning a Big Sky wedding or corporate event at One&Only Moonlight Basin, Florally would love to be part of your team.

Yellowstone Club

Big Sky, Montana

The Yellowstone Club is unlike anywhere else on earth — a private, members-only mountain community spanning over 15,000 acres of pristine Montana wilderness in Big Sky. With its own private ski runs, golf course, and spaces ranging from the timber-vaulted barn to mountaintop ceremony sites on the helipad, it sets a standard for exclusivity and natural beauty that very few venues in the world can match.

Designing florals for client homes and events in the Yellowstone Club is a true honor — the clients who live and celebrate here expect the very best, and we rise to meet that in every arrangement.

Floral design at the Yellowstone Club demands the same level of craftsmanship and discretion that defines the club itself. We create bespoke installations and arrangements that honor the architecture, the landscape, and most importantly, the couple's story. Whether it's a candlelit dinner reception in the barn, vows exchanged on the helipad against a backdrop of snow-capped peaks, or a fully tented summer gala, we approach every Yellowstone Club wedding as the once-in-a-lifetime event it is.

Access to the Yellowstone Club requires member sponsorship, and our team is experienced working within the club's vendor protocols and operational standards to ensure a seamless experience for every discerning client.

Sage Lodge

Pray, Montana, Paradise Valley

There's a reason the stretch of land along the Yellowstone River south of Livingston is called Paradise Valley — and Sage Lodge is its finest expression. Set beneath the snowcapped Absaroka Mountains with the Yellowstone River running alongside the property, Sage Lodge offers a refined, resort-style wedding experience unlike anywhere else in Montana. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the Yellowstone Room frame the valley like a painting, and the ceremony lawn delivers one of the most breathtaking outdoor settings we work in.

Some of our most cherished weddings have taken place at Sage, and we know every corner of this property. It melds perfectly to align with client needs and expectations and it's abundance of ceremony and reception options makes creating florals in this space incredibly rewarding.

Designing florals at Sage Lodge means working within a space that already has extraordinary bones — the scale, the light, the way the mountains fill every window. Our approach here tends toward arrangements that honor the landscape rather than compete with it: lush, flowing designs in organic palettes that feel as though they grew up from the Paradise Valley soil. From full ceremony installations on the Yellowstone Lawn to intimate tablescapes in the private dining room overlooking the river, we love every corner of this venue.

If you're planning a Sage Lodge wedding or retreat and want a florist with genuine experience there, we've got you covered.

Copper Rose Ranch

Livingston, Montana, Paradise Valley

Copper Rose Ranch sits at the base of the Absaroka Mountains in Paradise Valley, just outside Livingston, and it is the kind of venue that stops you the moment you arrive. The centerpiece is a fully renovated 100-year-old barn — antique French chandeliers, barnwood walls, radiant-heated floors, and mountain views from every window — surrounded by private cabins where couples and their guests settle in for a true Montana wedding weekend. There is an intimacy to Copper Rose that is rare in a venue of its size, and it shows in every celebration held there.

The combination of mountain and valley location with touches of Tuscan charm, make Copper Rose a perfect to stay and host your event. I often tell clients that Copper Rose Ranch combines all the best features of Montana venues and puts them all in one place.

Copper Rose Ranch gives us so much to work with as floral designers. The warm tones of the barn's antique chandeliers and burnished copper accents pair beautifully with earthy, rich palettes — dahlias, garden roses, dried textures, deep burgundies and terracottas in autumn, soft creams and wildflower hues in summer. Whether we're designing a full installation for the barn's vaulted interior or a series of arrangements for the outdoor ceremony site framed by the Absaroka Range, every design at Copper Rose Ranch feels deeply rooted in place.

Planning a wedding at Copper Rose Ranch? We'd love to talk florals.

Yellowstone Valley Lodge

Livingston, Montana, Paradise Valley

Sitting directly on the banks of the Yellowstone River in the heart of Paradise Valley, Yellowstone Valley Lodge is one of Montana's most authentic and naturally beautiful wedding destinations. With sweeping views of the Absaroka Range, the sound of the river as a constant backdrop, and the Owl's Rest event barn — a stunning hand-crafted structure built by master artisans and designed to blend rustic warmth with genuine elegance — the Lodge offers couples a setting that is both spectacular and intimate. For those who want their guests immersed in the real Montana wilderness, there is no better address.

The sweeping staircase and lofted chandelier have become one of our favorite features to highlight with florals and greenery softening and defining the space in beautiful and distinct ways.

Our floral work at Yellowstone Valley Lodge draws deeply from the land around it. Paradise Valley is wildly, generously beautiful in every season, and we try to reflect that in every arrangement we create here. River-inspired palettes, organic textures, seasonal blooms, and designs that feel at home against the backdrop of open ranchland and mountain sky — that is what florals at this venue are all about. From ceremony installations under the big Montana sky to full reception tablescapes inside the Owl's Rest barn, we approach every celebration at Yellowstone Valley Lodge with genuine love for the place.
